Modernist Handmade Sterling Silver Earrings by Iconic Navajo artist, Kenneth Begay. Hallmarked KB with White Hogan mark (stamped). Kenneth Begay (1913 or 1914 to 1977; Navajo). Active from the 1940s to 1977. Begay was considered the “the father of modern Navajo jewelry” and was a partner in the White Hogan shop where he started working in 1946. Begay was a multiple award winner.
