We accept payment from all major credit cards – VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover — and PayPal through our shopping cart. To pay by check or money order, call us in advance at (928) 282-3925 for payment verification and to place your order.
Most domestic orders are sent via USPS Priority/Insured Mail and typically arrive within 2–5 business days of shipping. A tracking number will be provided for all online orders following payment confirmation. If you require faster service or would like to use a different shipping provider, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you.
All shipping rates are calculated live based on your shipping address. We used to waive shipping charges when your total is over $500.00 when the order is placed online. Now shipping is simply free.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please contact us if you would like your items shipped out of the United States. Current rates are not indicative of the actual costs for international shipping and insurance. We will verify the actual amount before your order is processed.
We accept articles for return or exchange if returned in original condition within 14 days of the shipping date, accompanied by a sales receipt.
We request that you notify us immediately at (928) 282-3925 if you decide to return an item. It should be adequately packaged and fully insured, and must arrive at Hoel’s in the same condition it was shipped to you. After our inspection and acceptance, you have several choices:
- A full refund (minus shipping and insurance charges),
- Store credit in your name for future consideration,
- An exchange of the value of the item for another item of your choice.
In the rare event that you receive a faulty item or if your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at (928) 282-3925. It is imperative that you save all packaging material so we can inform our carrier of the problem.

We take our customers’ privacy very seriously. We will never share any of your information with anyone, ever.
Layaway is possible on most items priced higher than $500. Please call us at (928) 282-3925 or email us to find out if it is possible on the item you are interested in. We require a deposit of 20% or more of the price of the item to lay it away. Monthly payments will be required and the amount of the monthly payment will be based on the item purchased. The deposit and payments are non-refundable but can be converted to in-store credit.
