Sterling Silver Heavy Gauge Bracelet by Master Jeweler Thomas Curtis

Product Description

Sterling silver heavy gauge handmade bracelet is stamped, filed and overlaid with a diamond shaped piece of silver.  This wonderful men’s bracelet was made by Navajo master silversmith, Thomas Curtis.  It is finished beautifully just like all of Tom Curtis’s jewelry.

Thomas sadly passed away on July 10, 2013.   His daughter, master silversmith Jennifer Curtis, is carrying on the tradition of some of the finest Navajo work to ever be produced.Thomas Curtis was considered among the top Navajo silversmiths, a master jeweler who pursued his art for over 50 years. Thomas received many awards, among them Best in Class at the 1987 Santa Fe Indian Market and he was featured in the May 2003 issue of Arizona Highways. Thomas was the bench silversmith for Rocking Horse Ranch in Flagstaff in 1985. He eventually used his own hallmark which is T Curtis stamped in script. Thomas makes everything by hand including his die sets. The hardened steel Die Sets are used to stamp the silver jewelry. Thomas also uses chisels to flawlessly carve silver.
