Product Description

This Sterling Silver purse was handmade by award winning artist, Leonard Gene. This is an amazing piece with details that are impeccably done.  Leonard used a combination of traditional stamping along with lovely repousse. The top of the hinged purse lid showcases a gorgeous piece of Natural Chinese Turquoise. The front and the back are both accented with a piece of red Mediterranean coral and the sides are beautifully stamped and repoussed.  He finishes this wonderful piece with a double leather braided strap that is connected by stamped silver design. He was awarded Best of Class Winner in Diverse Art Forms at the Santa Fe Indian Market in 2016 with a similar purse.  The photo shown of Leonard holding his prizewinning purse is from the SWAIA Facebook page.
