Traditional handmade and hand-painted wedding vase by Jemez Potter, Pauline Romero. Pauline began potting at the age of 16, learning to pot from her grandmother, Lupe Romero and her mother Persingula Tosa. She uses the traditional methods of hand coiling and firing to make her pottery. Pauline states that “her favorite form to make is wedding vases and that of all the steps she most enjoys polishing”.
