Dinah is the daughter of Edna Leki and the sister of Lena Boone.  Coming from a family of esteemed carvers, Dinah began carving as a teenager by helping her famous grandfather Teddy Weahkee and her mother.   Pete studied painting at the Santa Fe Indian School.  After meeting and marrying Dinah, he began carving fetishes.  Pete unfortunately passed away in 2011 and Dinah is still carving.
