Zuni artist, Verna Kushana’s two strand bird and bear fetish necklace shows off 57 hand carved fetishes of Stabilized Turquoise, Mother of Pearl Shell, Pink and Red Coral, Pipestone, Jet, Fossilized Ivory and Serpentine. They all have drilled eyes, and are strung with fine Santo Domingo heishe shell beads. Overall necklace length is 28″ long and birds average about 7/8″ to 1-1/8″ long.
